Cancellation & Refund Policy
Transparent cancellation and refund rules for our hosting and services.
You may request cancellation of a plan or service by contacting us from the email address used on your account. For VPS/hosting, cancellation stops renewal and may stop the service at the end of the billing period (or earlier on request).
- Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments or failed provisioning where service was not delivered.
- Refunds are not applicable for misuse, policy violations, or downtime caused by customer-side configuration.
- For one-time custom development or setup work, refunds (if any) depend on work completion and scope.
If a refund is approved, it is typically processed within 5–7 business days. Actual credit time depends on your bank/card/UPI provider.
